Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

At IRIS K-NAILS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds, returns, and exchanges in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

 

Refunds

  • Change of Mind:
    For change-of-mind purchases, we offer store credit for the value of the goods (excluding shipping) if returned within 7 days of receipt.

  • Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
    If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@irisknails.com.au within 7 days of delivery. After assessment, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.

 

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid order number.

Additional notes:

  • Store credit is valid for 12 months.

  • Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return due to change of mind or incorrect choice.

  • For faulty or damaged items, please email us within 7 days. After assessment, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.

 

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item (e.g., wrong product or shade), please email us within 7 days with your order number to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Returns without this number will not be accepted.

  • Customers are responsible for both-way shipping costs.

  • If exchanging, please include a self-addressed, pre-paid parcel, or additional shipping charges may apply.

  • If not exchanging, we will issue store credit (valid for 6 months).

  • Sale and discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned due to change of mind or incorrect choice.
