Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
At IRIS K-NAILS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds, returns, and exchanges in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds

Change of Mind:
For change-of-mind purchases, we offer store credit for the value of the goods (excluding shipping) if returned within 7 days of receipt. -
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@irisknails.com.au within 7 days of delivery. After assessment, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.
Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Items must be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid order number.
Additional notes:

Store credit is valid for 12 months.

Sale and discounted items are not eligible for return due to change of mind or incorrect choice.

For faulty or damaged items, please email us within 7 days. After assessment, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item (e.g., wrong product or shade), please email us within 7 days with your order number to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Returns without this number will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for both-way shipping costs.

If exchanging, please include a self-addressed, pre-paid parcel, or additional shipping charges may apply.

If not exchanging, we will issue store credit (valid for 6 months).

Sale and discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned due to change of mind or incorrect choice.
